Q: How do I book your services for my wedding/event?

A: The best way to contact me is through e-mail or my “contact” form on my contact page. If you wish to speak to me please feel free to call or text with any questions. Please include the following information when contacting me: event date, event time, event location and the number of people that need services. I will confirm with you, whether I’m available. Once I have received both your contract AND your booking deposit, your date is confirmed/booked. (Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee). Please note that gratuity IS NOT included in any of my prices.


Q: Do you offer consultation or trial?

A: Yes, in fact I recommend all brides get a trial done if possible. A trial is recommended because it gives me the opportunity to meet with the bride before her big day and customize a look that she will be both happy and comfortable with. My top priority is to make sure my brides feel gorgeous and comfortable with the amount of makeup and application.The trial charge is $50 ($75 airbrush) and can last up to 1.5 hours so please allow enough time for a thorough discussion and application. The trial is done in my home studio located in Irvine, CA. Whether you are able to set up a consultation with me prior to the wedding or not, I will make sure you look and feel gorgeous for your big day!


Q: Do you offer Airbrush makeup?

A: Yes! I offer my brides the choice between traditional or airbrush application (there is an additonal charge for airbrush application). Airbrush is a great alternative to traditional foundation, however, I always make recommendations for my client’s based on skin type, event type, and coverage.


Q: Do you offer dupatta and jewelry setting?

A: Absolutely! For all my South Asian brides I offer dupatta and jewelry setting in my bridal package or as an added option if you have a hairstylist who does not do dupatta and jewelry setting.


Q: Do you offer sari draping and additional help with family member’s sari setting?

A: Unfortunately at this time I do not offer sari draping services. However, if you are looking for additional help please let me know and I can make some recommendations.


Q: Do you offer discounts or group pricing for larger bridal parties?

A: Yes I do. The group discount is applied for bridal parties larger than 5 when they get both hair and makeup done. For large groups I bring additional help for hair and/or makeup. Client is responsible for all travel and parking charges for my team and I. Please contact me for exact pricing and information for groups of 5 or more.


Q: Do you offer on site services or do I have to travel to you?

A: Yes I offer on site services. I travel to your location for your event or you may come to my home studio if you prefer. A travel charge may apply depending on the location. If I have to bring additional help for hair and makeup the client is responsible for travel and parking charges for my team and I.


Q: Do you stay to do touch ups on the bride?

A: If the bride would like me to stay I can stay for an additional 3 hours for touch ups, however, there is an additional hourly charge for that. Please contact me with your request and I will let you know the additional charge.


Q: Is there a booking minimum?

A: No, currently I do not require a minimum number of people or services to hold your date. As long as I have a contract and deposit from you there is nothing else needed.


Q: Can you handle larger bridal parties?

A: Absolutely! I have a great team of hairstylists and makeup artists that I work with for larger bridal parties. Don’t let the numbers stop you! Please contact me with your request and I will be happy to assist you with your big day preparations, including beatifying your complete bridal party!


Q: Could you please send me your price list?

A: All of my rates are listed under “pricing info”. If you need a customized package for your event please contact me for details.


Q: Are your prices negotiable?

A: No. My rates are the industry norm, so unfortunately, I do not negotiate with my clients. Please keep in mind you are hiring an experienced professional and when it really comes down to it, you get what you pay for.


Q: Can I bring someone with me for the trial/consultation?

A: Yes, you may bring an additional one or two people max with you for the consultation. I only allow a limited amount of people for two reasons; 1- space–I have limited space in my studio to comfortably seat more than two guests and 2- I want the main focus to be on the bride and her wishes for her special day. The more people there are to give their input the more the bride gets frazzled and confused. Please NO children, pets or fiancés- only female guests allowed.


Q: How long will my makeup stay on?

A: The makeup will stay in place very easily for 6-8 hours, but I have found my clients telling me everything stayed on until they washed their faces at night.


Q: Do you have experience working with different skin tones and skin types?

A: Yes, I am fortunate enough to have an array of clients. I specialize in South Asian skin tone but have experience with all skin tones and types.


Q: What makeup brands do you use?

A: My makeup kit has products ranging from high end professional brands to anything I find which works well for me and my clients. I use Kryolan, MAC, Makeup Forever, Urban Decay, Smashbox and many other brands which gives my clients the perfect look. I use products based on my clients skin type and desired look.
